Established in 2012, Woburn Farm is situated on 84 acres of prime Waikato land and specialises in agistment and sales preparation. Lot 445 - Savabeel x Pussy O'Reilly (NZ) (filly)
Lot 445 is a bay filly by Savabeel and out of the O’Reilly (NZ) mare Pussy O’Reilly (NZ). The dam was Group 1-placed and a dual winner, and is a sister to top juvenile Pussy Willow (NZ), a Group 3 winner. She is also a half-sister to stakes winner Inside Agent (NZ) and a three-quarter sister to Elusive Nature (NZ), the dam of stakes winner Shezzacatch (NZ) (Savabeel). The second dam, Octapussy (Octagonal {NZ}) is also Group 1-placed and is from a family of Group winners.
Savabeel is an eight-time New Zealand Champion Sire, and crossed with O’Reilly mares he fires at 12.7 per cent stakes winners to runners, headed by seven Group 1 winners including the prolific Mo’unga (NZ).
Lot 479 - Shamus Award x Sailing Past (NZ) (colt)
Lot 479 is a brown colt by Shamus Award out of the young O’Reilly (NZ) mare Sailing Past (NZ). The second dam is half-sister to G2 VRC Thoroughbred Breeders' S. winner My Emotion (NZ) (Savabeel) and Midnight Revels (NZ) (Don Eduardo {NZ}), the dam of G1 ATC Champagne S. winner Seabrook (Hinchinbrook). This colt is also related to G1 ATC Coolmore Classic winner Aloha (Enconsta De Lago) and the high-class Libertini (I Am Invincible).
Shamus Award is the sire of 20 stakes winners, headed by five Group 1 winners which include the prolific Duais.
Lot 485 - Tivaci x Savanite (NZ) (colt)
Lot 485 is a brown colt by Tivaci out of Savanite (NZ), a daughter of Champion Sire Savabeel. Savanite is a half-sister to Group 2 winner Singing Star (NZ) (Danasinga), who is in turn the dam of Group 3 winner Miss Selby (NZ) (O’Reilly {NZ}), and Yeah Nah (NZ) (Kinjite {NZ}), the dam of dual-Group 1 winner Viadana (NZ) (Towkay) and multiple-Listed winner Indecision (NZ) (Per Incanto {USA}).
A young sire of just three crops, Tivaci was a Group 1-winning sprinter by the brilliant High Chaparral (Ire), and produced dual-Group 1 winner Never Been Kissed (NZ) from his very first crop, who is, like this colt, out of a Savabeel mare.

Lot 549 is a bay filly from the first crop of Coolmore Stud-based sire Magna Grecia (Ire) out of Starzel, a daughter of four-time consecutive premiership sire Snitzel. Starzel is a mother of two foals to race who are both winners. Starzel herself is out of Minnstar (NZ) (Black Minnaloushe {USA}), making her a half-sister to Group 3 winner Star Missile (Smart Missile).
Minnstar is a daughter of Listed-placed mare Kirov Dancer (NZ) (Zabeel {NZ}) and she also produced Group 3-placed Dance On Wood (Woodman {USA}) and she in turn is the dam of Listed winner Dance To The Stars (Galileo {Ire}), the dam of Listed scorer Follow The Star (SAf) (Silvano {Ger}).
Magna Grecia was a Group 1-winning juvenile, a season he backed up when crowned Champion 3-Year-Old Miler in Ireland in 2019, with his Classic year headed by a win in the G1 2000 Guineas at Newmarket. He is a half-brother to European Champion 2-Year-Old and Cartier Horse of the Year turned Coolmore shuttler St Mark’s Basilica (Fr).

Lot 619 is a chestnut filly by Proisir out of the Group 2-winning mare Veronica Franco (NZ) (Johar {USA}). She is the dam of two winners from three foals to race, and is a half-sister to two stakes winners, including the twice Group 1-placed Waterford (NZ) (Darci Brahma {NZ}). This filly is also related to leading US juvenile turned sire Bold Second (USA).
Proisir has taken off this season, siring both G1 New Zealand 2000 Guineas winner Pier (NZ) and G1 New Zealand 1000 Guineas winner Legarto (NZ), and sits almost NZ$1.4 million clear at the head of the New Zealand Sires' Premiership.
