Offered by Gus and Bianca Wigley's Inglewood Stud, the sale marked a bittersweet moment for Gus Wigley, who acknowledged it as a logical decision.

Bred by Ian and Linda Duckworth of Fairview Park, Megastar Heart (Star Turn) was sold by their operation at the 2023 Inglis Classic Yearling Sale. Finding his way to New Zealand under the care of Kit Brooks' KB Bloodstock, the colt was secured for $825,000. On Wednesday at Randwick-Kensington, he showcased his talent by breaking his maiden.

It was a big day for a small team, the Mornington based trainer Jason Warren enjoying one of his best afternoons at the track when saddling up the G1 Goodwood winner Benedetta (Hellbent) and the G3 David Coles AM S. winner Flyer (Exceedance) at Morphettville last Saturday.
