As he so often has, Jungle Edge (Dubawi {Ire}) took advantage of his favoured wet conditions to register the 19th win of his career.

Rider Jade Darose had the veteran cruising along outside of the leader and they mastered Tavisan (NZ) (Tavistock {NZ}) at the top of the straight to hit the front.

Viridine (Poet’s Voice {GB}) made a late run, but Jungle Edge was too good with I Am Someone (Onemorenomore) taking third money.

Wapiti (Love Conquers All) has fashioned a tidy record coming through the grades and he crowned his progression with a gritty Group 3 success.

The Jack Duncan-trained gelding raced in second spot and one off the fence and got to the front 300 metres from home under rider Sean Cormack.

Further back in the family is the G1 Golden Jubilee S. winner Fayr Jag (Ire) (Fayruz {GB}).

Sunshine Coast, Listed TAB Glasshouse H., $85,000, 1400m

Race summary

Having showed a previous liking for rain-affected ground, it was no surprise to see Krone (Eurozone) back in winning form.

She raved in behind the speed and once rider Taylor Marshall angled her toward the inner for clear room she finished off too well for her rivals.

Special Missile (Smart Missile) fought on gallantly after racing with the leader and River Racer (Hidden Dragon) did well to come from the back off a slow early pace.

Watch: Krone win the Listed TAB Glasshouse H.

Rosehill, Listed Kia Winter S., $150,000, 1400m

Race summary

Noble Boy (Bon Hoffa) ended a lengthy barren period when he was guided to victory by the in-form Jason Collett.

He settled toward the back of the field and when the field fanned out in the straight, the 5-year-old finished strongly closest to the fence for his first success since he won at Eagle Farm in May, 2019.

In his first appearance since February, Taikomochi (Snitzel) gave a bold sight in front and boxed on well for second while Order Again (NZ) (Iffraaj {GB}) made ground well for third.
