Horse Racing Ireland is now seeking to fill the position of Chief Executive Leopardstown Racecourse:
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivers the strategic objectives of the business at Leopardstown
- Protect and develop the brand
- Continuously improve customer experience
- Positively manage key relationships with industry stakeholders and third parties
The ideal candidate should have:
- At least 5 years’ senior management experience running complex commercial operations
- Track record in delivering strategic business plans and customer excellence
- Ability to lead and develop an established team to deliver year on year performance
- Good knowledge of the racing industry and managing sponsorship portfolios
As racing is a seven-day business, flexibility in relation to working hours is required.
This role provides a competitive remuneration package commensurate with experience and qualifications.
